Privacy Policy

Last revised: July 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the Final Layer Team handles information in connection with this website (the “Site”), Final Layer, and the Final Layer Sacrifice. By using the Site you consent to the practices described here. This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

The Site and its offerings are operated by ProsperityTech Inc., an international company incorporated in the Republic of Panama, together with its affiliate TechAdoptionGroup LLC and their respective executives, contributors, and agents (collectively, the “Final Layer Team,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1.Our Privacy-First Approach

Final Layer is designed to be used without an account and without you providing personal identifying information. We do not ask you for your name, and we do not require you to register or create a profile to access the Site or to interact with the Final Layer or Final Layer Sacrifice smart contracts. Blockchain interactions occur directly between your self-custodied wallet and public blockchain networks that we do not control.

2.Information We Do Not Collect

We do not knowingly collect your name, physical address, government identifiers, or payment-card information through the Site. We do not custody your funds, hold your private keys, or have the ability to move your digital assets.

3.Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically log certain technical information when you visit the Site, which may include: your Internet Protocol (IP) address or a truncated form of it, your approximate region, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This log data is used to operate, secure, and improve the Site, to detect and prevent abuse and fraud, and to comply with Applicable Law. On its own, this data does not identify you.

If you connect a digital wallet, your public wallet address and on-chain activity are, by the nature of public blockchains, publicly visible. Any information recorded on a blockchain is public, permanent, and outside our control.

4.Information You Provide Voluntarily

If you contact us (for example, by email) or interact with any community channel we maintain (such as X, Discord, or Telegram), we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, social handle, and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to and support you and to operate those channels.

5.Cookies and Local Storage

The Site may use browser local storage and/or minimal cookies that are strictly necessary for functionality, for example, to remember that you have accepted our Terms of Service so that the consent notice does not reappear. We do not use the Site to build advertising profiles of you. Where third-party analytics or infrastructure services are used, they may set their own cookies subject to their own policies. You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some features may then not function.

6.How We Use Information

7.How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information: (a) with service providers who host and operate the Site on our behalf, bound to protect it; (b) with law enforcement, regulators, or other parties where we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with Applicable Law or legal process, to enforce our Terms, or to protect rights, property, or safety; and (c) in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets, or in the event of insolvency.

8.Data Security and Retention

We maintain reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by Applicable Law.

9.International Transfers

We operate internationally, including through ProsperityTech Inc. in the Republic of Panama. Information may be processed and stored in jurisdictions whose data-protection laws differ from those of your country. By using the Site, you consent to such transfers.

10.Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Because we intentionally collect very little identifying information, we may be unable to associate technical or on-chain data with you. To make a request, contact us at the address below; we may need to verify your identity, and we may decline requests that are unlawful, unfounded, excessive, or that would infringe the rights of others.

11.Children

The Site and Our Offerings are not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child in violation of Applicable Law, we will take steps to delete it.

12.Third-Party Sites and Channels

The Site may link to third-party websites, wallets, and social channels that we do not control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.

13.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the revised version with a new revision date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

14.Contact

Questions or requests regarding this Privacy Policy may be sent to the Final Layer Team at privacy@finallayerblockchain.com, care of ProsperityTech Inc., Republic of Panama.
